Aquarium Photo Gallery

The scallops are happy. The cod are happy. The lobsters are cracking up (at least when they moult) and the laughing jacks (ocean pout) are positively hysterical! All of the underwater creatures in the fantastic Aquarium are delighted with their 21st century luxury aquatic accommodations.

The viewing tanks, the vista tank, the interactive multi-media display and the fancy underwater decor have transformed the Aquarium into a fun, fish-fact-finding experience. The seven foot high vista tank holds 6000 gallons of water and is the cornerstone of the display. There are 11 salt water and 3 fresh water tanks with 3 enclosed water systems.

The multi-media display tantalizes visitors with questions such as: "Do fish sleep?" "How can you tell a cod's age?" "How do lobsters grow?" You may ponder the puzzlers "What is a fish?" and "When is a fish not really a fish?"

The only way to really experience the Aquarium is to visit it. You're always welcome!
